1. Service

Listlytic helps ecommerce businesses analyse catalogue information and create, manage and export product-listicle drafts. You remain responsible for reviewing content before publication.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate account information and keep access secure. Workspaces must only contain data you are authorised to use.

3. Plans and usage

Article allowances reset each billing period and unused credits do not roll over. A credit is used when a new article is successfully generated and saved. Editing, exporting and checking an existing article do not use another credit.

4. Catalogue and third-party data

You are responsible for product feeds, website content, Search Console exports and other material you upload. You must have permission to process that material.

5. Generated content

Generated content may contain errors or become outdated. Verify product claims, prices, availability, links and legal requirements before publishing. Listlytic does not guarantee rankings, traffic or sales.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, bypass usage controls, interfere with its operation or process content that infringes another party’s rights.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis during the MVP. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the preceding three months.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be communicated before taking effect.
